COVID-19 Update

We are happy to report that we are “re-opening” our schedule to see patients again! Thank you for your patience and cooperation during these unusual days. We will be scheduling routine and annual eye examinations as well as medical eye evaluations (glaucoma, dry eye, macular degeneration, etc.), contact lens evaluations, and of course, urgent appointments. Our office will resume normal hours of operation but will ask patients to call (405) 359-8444 before coming in to allow us to monitor the number of people in the office (social distancing is still recommended).

As part of our effort to safely care for and protect patients and staff members, we are contacting all scheduled patients to do a phone screening for COVID-19 risk factors and we request that anyone coming into the office wear a face mask or covering. We also ask that all patients come alone (unless a minor or someone requiring assistance) to assist with social distancing recommendations.

If you have an appointment coming or if you are a person whose recent appointment has been postponed, we will be contacting you by phone, text and email to confirm your upcoming appointment or reschedule your postponed appointment and to go over the new protocol requirements for office visits. We hope that you will understand our steps taken and will be patient and cooperative with our staff as we do our best to provide the best in eye and vision care while safeguarding the health and wellness of every person in our office.

Welcome to Stonebridge Eye Care!

We welcome you to Stonebridge Eye Care and the office of Dr. Todd E. Wright. As an eye care center, we are committed to providing thorough eye and vision care exceeding your expectations for service and quality. It is our mission to serve the Edmond and greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area and to be an active part of the community in which we live. We have called Edmond our home since 1988 and with our new office, we hope to be a part of Edmond’s culture for many years ahead.

It is important to remember that there is more to vision and eye care than just receiving new glasses or contact lenses. The eye is a window into the body, allowing the doctor to visualize blood vessels and nerves in the normal state and to detect various diseases including diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, cataracts, cornea disease, and macular degeneration. With a comprehensive eye examination, subtle or even unknown health conditions can be detected and the appropriate treatment initiated, preserving one of God’s greatest blessings in our life – eyesight.
